Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us to discuss the results of Vivint Smart Home for the three months ended September 30, 2022. Joining me this afternoon are David Bywater, Vivint Smart Home’s Chief Executive Officer; and Dana Russell, Vivint’s Chief Financial Officer. Also in the room today are Rasesh Patel, COO; and Nitin Abraham, SVP of Finance.

Thanks, Nate. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining the call today. Q3 was a strong quarter for our team. We made solid progress on the financial, operational and strategic priorities we are focused on, highlighted by another strong set of results for the third quarter.
