I will provide some comments on our quarterly results, which demonstrate the continued execution of our full year 2024 plan and the consistency of our business model, as well as highlighting some of our accomplishments. And finally, provide an early look into 2025. Brian will then review our third quarter financial results in greater detail and provide some additional guidance before we take your questions.
