Good morning and welcome to the Third Quarter 2024 Results Presentation for Hillman Solutions Corporation. My name is Jonathan and I will be your conference call operator today. Thank you, Jonathan. Good morning everyone and thank you for joining us. I am Michael Koehler, Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasury. Joining me on today's call are Doug Cahill, our Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, Jon Michael Adinolfi, our Chief Operating Officer, and Rocky Kraft, our Chief Financial Officer.
As a reminder we announced in August that effective January 1st 2025 Doug will step into the Executive Chairman role and Jon Michael or JMA as we call him will step into the CEO role.
