Good morning, and thank you for joining us. I am Rima Hyder, Eversource Energy's Vice President of Investor Relations.

Thank you, Rima. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us on this call. Let me begin today's call with the year-to-date progress we've made on our many priorities, and what has been accomplished, as highlighted on slide three.
