In attendance with me today are Ganesh Moorthy, Microchip’s President and CEO; Rich Simoncic, Microchip’s COO; and Sajid Daudi, Microchip’s Head of Investor Relations. I will comment on our second quarter fiscal year 2025 financial performance. Rich will then review some product line updates and Ganesh will then provide commentary on our results and cash return strategy as well as an overview of our current business environment.
