Thank you, operator. Good afternoon, everyone and welcome to our third quarter 2024 earnings conference call. Participating from the company today will be John Treace, Chief Executive Officer; and Mark Hair, Chief Financial Officer.

Thank you, Vivian. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us on our third quarter 2024 earnings conference call. We recognize this is a busy and important day for our country, and we greatly appreciate you taking the time to join us. Our third quarter results reflect our execution to drive solid growth in the business while steadily improving our operating leverage. In addition, we announced a limited market release of the Nanoplasty 3D MIS system representing our first entry into the large metatarsal osteotomy market, supporting our strategy to significantly increase penetration into the overall bunion market and continue to expand our surgeon customer base.
