Thank you, Lisa, and good morning. We are pleased to report another strong set of results for the third quarter. I’d like to start by thanking our employees as we work together through this challenging real estate cycle while continuing to deliver industry-leading performance. I would also like to acknowledge the incredible response to the two major hurricanes that made landfall in recent weeks, impacting several south eastern states. I am grateful for the unwavering dedication and resilience demonstrated by our people and first responders throughout these storms and want to extend our heartfelt thoughts to all those who have been affected by these natural disasters.
