Thanks Alaael-Deen, and good morning, everyone. As always, thank you for your time and interest in Ellington Financial. I'll begin on Slide 3 of the presentation. Perhaps the highlight of the quarter was the increase in our adjusted distributable earnings to $0.40 per share, which was a $0.07 increase from the 2nd quarter and which covered our $0.39 in dividends for the quarter.
