And on the wireless side, we have Tom Cullen, our EVP of Corporate Development; John Coringa, the President and COO of Wireless; and Stephen Bye, EVP and Chief Commercial Officer.

Hi, guys. It's David Barden from Bank of America. Thank for taking the question. Lots to go through today, so I'll let other people kind of touch on a lot of stuff. First would be, could we talk about the spectrum-secured bond that's in the market right now? And I think I'm most interested in understanding kind of how you think about loan-to-value collateralization, and what this exercise will tell us about using spectrum as a funding vehicle on a go-forward basis for the business?
