Thank you operator. Good morning everyone and welcome to LifeStance Health's third quarter 2024 earnings conference call. I'm Monica Prokocki, Vice President of Investor Relations. Joining me today are Ken Burdick, Chief Executive Officer; and Dave Bourdon, Chief Financial Officer.
