Thank you, Stacy, and good morning, everyone. Since joining Papa John's in August, I've had the opportunity to meet with a significant number of our franchisees and team members around the globe. I've also engaged with many of our analysts and investors. These interactions have provided a deeper understanding of our customer needs, organizational structure, and operating model. It is clear we have opportunities to improve execution and profitability. We have work to do, but based on my experience in the industry and my learnings of the company thus far, I am confident that Papa John's has what it takes to be the best pizza makers in QSR and to create significant sustainable shareholder value over the long-term.
