Good morning, and welcome to Nutex Health Inc.'s third quarter earnings call for the period ended September 30, 2024. My name is Vivian Sanders, and I will be your moderator for today's call. We appreciate your participation and interest in our company. Today's call is being recorded. With me this morning is our Chairman and CEO, Dr. Tom Vo, CFO, Jon Bates, President; Dr. Warren Hosseinion; and COO, Josh DeTillio.
Our team will provide some prepared remarks, and then we'll take questions. Thank you, Vivian, and thank you all for joining us today.
We are pleased to report another excellent quarter for Nutex Health. In the third quarter of 2024, a we achieved substantial revenue growth as well as volume growth and continue to show our commitment to enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. I would like to start with some highlights from this quarter. For the three months ended September 30, 2024, we reported total revenue of $78.8 million which is a significant increase compared to $62.7 million for the same period last year. This equates to a growth of 26%.
