Good morning, and welcome to our third quarter 2024 earnings conference call. During our call this morning, we will be referring to our earnings presentation, which, along with our earnings release, is available on the Investor Relations section of Superior's website. I am joined on the call by Majdi Abulaban, our President and Chief Executive Officer.

Good morning, all, and welcome to our third quarter 2024 earnings call. Before I begin, I would like to introduce Dan Lee, our new Chief Financial Officer. Dan has over 30 years of global finance leadership experience, including several years as an automotive leader with Aptiv and Tenneco. He joined Superior in 2023 as Vice President of Finance and CFO of our European business, where he played a key role in the strategic transformation of that business. He was also instrumental in the successful execution of our recent debt refinancing. I am thrilled to welcome Dan to the executive team.
