Daniel Slaviero
Hello. Good morning. I thank you all for participating in our video conference. I'd like to greet my colleagues, the directors of Copel who are here. In addition to another quarter with sound operating results, I'm happy to share with you, relevant deliveries that occurred during this third quarter.
And year-to-date, Copel, our adjusted EBITDA exceeded BRL1.2 billion. Reported net income also broke the same barrier of BRL1.2 billion, driven by the results of our business, but also positively impacted by some extraordinary events which together reached approximately BRL645 million. The first is the closing of the divestment at Compagas and UEGA with a recognition of BRL170 million in the period. Both divestitures are in line with our matrix decarbonization strategy and our focus on the electrical electricity core. Second, the conclusion of the sale of Copel G&T's real estate in the amount of BRL286 million, adding approximately BRL175 million to the net income.
