As many of you have heard me say, Acacia is a value-oriented acquirer and operator of businesses across the industrial energy and technology sectors. Specifically, we're focused on acquiring and building companies that have stable cash flow generation with an ability to scale, while retaining the flexibility to make opportunistic acquisitions with higher risk-adjusted return characteristics.
