Thank you, and welcome to those who are joining us. Today, we will provide an overview of our accomplishments in the third quarter and recent weeks, followed by a review of financial results. On the call today, we will provide an update on the company's progress towards achieving our 2024 goals, review the milestones achieved in the third quarter and share with you our priorities going forward.
