Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us today for a discussion of our fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results. With me today are Marc Stapley, Veracyte’s Chief Executive Officer; and Rebecca Chambers, our Chief Financial Officer. Veracyte issued a press release earlier this afternoon detailing our fourth quarter and full year 2024 financial results. This release and a copy of the presentation we will review during the call today are available in the Investor Relations section of our website at veracyte.com.

Thank you, Shayla, and thanks everyone for joining us today. 2024 was a record year for Veracyte. I could not be more proud of our team for their hard work on behalf of the patients we serve, which is the reason we come to work every day. Not only did their focus and dedication lead to approximately 150,000 patients benefiting from the information provided by our test, it also enabled us to execute on our key strategic objectives and deliver a best-in-class financial profile.
