Welcome to BeeBee website and services! Before using BeeBee website and services, please read this Agreement carefully. This Agreement will govern your relationship with BeeBee. Acceptance of agreement

BeeBee website and services
2.1 Description of services
BeeBee provides services including but not limited to providing stock market information, analysis, news reporting, and other related services.
2.2 Modification and update of services
BeeBee may modify and update any part of BeeBee website and services at any time, including but not limited to adding or removing features, changing the terms of access to the services, and changing the user access permissions.
2.3 Interruption and termination of services
BeeBee may suspend, interrupt, or terminate access to BeeBee website and services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Accounts
3.1 Registration requirements
Before using BeeBee website and services, you need to register an account. Some features may require you to log in to your BeeBee account. When registering, you need to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, and set a username and password. You are responsible for the security of your account information and password, and should regularly update your password.
3.2 Prohibition of account sharing
Your BeeBee account belongs only to you personally. You may not share your account information or password with any other person or entity, or allow any other person or entity to use your account.
3.3 Account closure
BeeBee reserves the right to close your account if you violate any provision of this Agreement or any other BeeBee policy.
Limitation of liability
4.1 Disclaimer
BeeBee does not guarantee the reliability, timeliness, accuracy, completeness, legality, applicability, commerciality, virus-free, security, and fault-free of its services. You should bear the risk of using BeeBee website and services.
4.2 No liability
BeeBee is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access, network failure, equipment failure, computer virus, hacker attack, technical failure, power failure, communication failure, or other force majeure events.
4.3 Indemnification
If you violate any provision of this Agreement or if your use of BeeBee website and services causes or results in any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses to any third party, you agree to indemnify and hold BeeBee and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any liability or loss.
Law and dispute resolution

This Agreement is governed by Chinese law.
5.2 Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in the location of BeeBee's headquarters for resolution.

BeeBee reserves the right to modify and update this Agreement. If we make any material changes to this Agreement, we will post notice on BeeBee website. Continued use of BeeBee website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

BeeBee may send notice to you through the website or via the email address you provided during registration. You should regularly check your email and BeeBee website for notices.

Intellectual property

BeeBee reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account or use of BeeBee website and services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. If you violate this Agreement, BeeBee may terminate this Agreement.

BeeBee utilizes artificial intelligence technology to provide services with the aim of offering users potential information and answers.However, please note the following:
Accuracy of information: The answers generated by BeeBee are based on a vast amount of data and patterns encountered during its training process, but there is no guarantee that the provided information is entirely accurate, timely, or comprehensive.Answers may be limited by the knowledge cutoff date (the cutoff for this text is September 2021) and cannot be updated in real-time.Users should exercise caution when relying on the information provided by BeeBee and verify and evaluate its accuracy themselves.
